I've been exercising for about a little over a month now and not much has happened mainly because I wasn't eating correctly... I ate too much chips and chocoloate basically...
So starting last week I stopped buying such things and I have decreased the amount of carbs i'm eating as well... I love my potatoes too much to cut them out completely...
I have also starting today exercising more than half an hour to now a full hour and intend on doing this everyday... I know i've been told to increase exercise each week till your doing it everyday but i'm so damn sick of how big I am that i'm now increasing it to daily straight away...
I haven't weighed myself as I'm too scared to know how big I am as I know i'm over 100kgs... I will know i'm losing weight because my jeans that are falling apart and my only thing to wear outside are very tight and the ones I used to wear dont fit me at the moment so I will know it all by fitting into my old jeans....
I'm going to keep eating chips and chocolate as I do love them but only every now and then, not weekly or as it was at one point daily...
I will keep you all posted as I loose this damn weight... proabably once every two weeks or so....

I think it's a good thing to have a community like this one where you can post about your weight aims and goals and such, it's definately a good thing for me to have as I know i'll have other peoples on here knowing how I feel and such about loosing weight and having difficulties with not eating bad yummmy foods...
That's a damn good idea about eating/buying a smaller amount of chocolate therefore not eating the whole entire block of it straight away....
Although I seem to be getting better with this whole control on bad foods thing.... I bought a big bottle of nutela and it was in the fridge for a little over 4 weeks, it is normally eaten within a week... so I was happy with myself for that... and I had bought some chocolate and it stayed in the cupboard for a few days without me going near it... but as soon as I opened it it was gone within a few days :P
The past two weeks I haven't bought any bad foods only good so i'm doing the thing where by if you don't have it in your house then you wont be able to eat it, it a Dr. Phil thing in his book "The ulitmate weight solution"... that and I am saving really hard at the moment so I don't have the monies to spend on such things anymore :)

now if I know I reallllly need something I have a small freddo frog or milky way or something, and savour every bite.
Yeah, that's a good idea Mel. I was craving chocolate this afternoon so I gave in and bought a hazelnut chocolate, but I could've had a small freddo instead and that wouldn't have been too bad.
I totally agree it's a brilliant idea.... it will definately help you out with you eating too much chocolate at one go... I used to live off chocolate at one stage when my depression was really bad about 2 1/2 years ago... I was on a chocolate and vanilla coke diet... for about a month... the result of it was bad as I put on weight when I started to eat properly again, such a terrible cycle...
I have bought some small chocolate bars and they were un touched for a few days and then I had one a night until they were all gone and there full of chocolate which in the end made me happy :)
