The reason I haven't posted much in here lately is that I haven't been exercising as much...
But I started it up again on Monday morning... I went for a walk a quick one at about 6 in the morning... And I want to do this at least 3 times a week...
Also I heard on the news last night that a guy from America has found a new way of losing weight... He's worked out that you can not exercise and eat whatever you want as long as you eat a full meal every 3 hours... By doing this the immune system is getting a gick start every three hours making it stronger and better and burning off fat... They had a few ladies that had done this eating thingy and they had both lost about 20 kilos each doing this simple thing...
So i'm trying it out as of today I will keep you all informed on my progress and see if it really works... Plus i'll be walking as well...
